How to recognise the door when you get here

We are a small, street-level shop with a window onto Rua da Alegria and the blue logo clearly visible. There is no buzzer and no reception desk: push the door and walk in. The service counter is at the back and behind it sits the repair bench — deliberately in plain view, because we have nothing to hide about what happens to your device.

  • Street-level window, no steps and no buzzer
  • Repair bench visible from the counter
  • Somewhere to sit while quick repairs are done
  • Accessible by wheelchair and with a pushchair

Walking up from the Baixa, just keep climbing

Plenty of our customers walk here from Aliados or Bolhão, and the route is straightforward once you accept one thing: it is uphill the whole way. From Bolhão, take Rua de Santa Catarina as far as Rua Formosa, turn left and join Rua da Alegria. From there it is straight on, roughly four hundred metres, to number 134A on the even-numbered side.

  • From Bolhão: seven minutes, uphill along Rua da Alegria
  • From Aliados: fifteen minutes, going via Rua Formosa
  • From Campanhã: twelve minutes on the 400 or 900 bus
  • If you get lost, call us — we'll talk you in within seconds

Questions about visiting

So you don't make the trip for nothing or wait longer than necessary.

Do I need to book?

No. We serve people in order of arrival across the fourteen hours we're open. If you want to keep the wait to a minimum, message ahead with the model and the fault: we'll set the part aside and your phone goes straight to the bench when you arrive.

What's the best time to come without waiting?

Mornings, between half nine and midday, are clearly the quietest. Six to nine in the evening is the busiest stretch, because that's when people finish work. After ten at night it calms down considerably again.

Do you serve customers in English and Spanish?

Yes, and not token English either. A good proportion of our customers are visitors and foreign residents, so we explain quotes, warranties and parts options in all three languages with the same level of detail.

Can I leave the phone and come back later the same day?

You can, and plenty of people do for repairs taking an hour or two. It's tagged with your receipt number and kept in a locked cabinet. We message you on WhatsApp the moment it's ready, so you don't have to come by to check.

What if I just have a quick question?

Ask away, by phone, on WhatsApp or at the counter. Cleaning a connector, explaining a setting or telling you there's nothing seriously wrong costs us nothing — and it is how most of our regular customers first turned up.

We're waiting for you at Rua da Alegria 134A.

Bring the device exactly as it is, even in pieces or already attempted elsewhere. We'll still take a look.
